It was a fabulous evening, both my squads are still talking about it. We are only a small Somerset club who train twice a week. I would definitely recommend this clinic again as the improvements gained in one night would have taken me months. We are thinking of doing this again in 2006 when we have a fresh lot of swimmers in both the Junior and Senior squads.
It was impressive how James was able to communicate both his technical points and his good practice tips to members of all ages.

It was very inspiring to watch you coach our club swimmers yesterday.
